Applying this Arena of Detoxing:

 

This app is for use with your choice of your own intuition (choosing the options that you know apply to you), or Kinesiology techniques (if you are at a loss for what applies).  These nine areas are vital for your whole body to function as created.  If any one of these is blocked from doing its job, your other body systems and organs will suffer breakdown and possible disease or failure. 

 

The very FIRST to consider is the LIVER since the rest of your systems depend heavily on the liver for their health.  Following this you will want to detox your KIDNEYS and BLOOD since they are important for carrying what the body needs and cleaning out what the body needs to get rid of.

You will want to test for each area to see if the etiology of the main issue you are seeking help for may be rooted here.

Test yourself to see if one of these may apply to your challenge.  If you receive a, "no," then return to the Trapped Emotions Chart for more things to clear since this chart will apply to more than 87% of the maladies and challenges people come up against. 

 

If you receive a, "yes" to one of these areas, then consider using the lists below to successfully detox and cleanse that/those areas.

LIVER:

 

Dandelion greens, flowers, and roots - yes put them in your salads, casseroles, soups, and make tea from them.  

Garlic

Be aware, you don't need all of these to complete a detox, just use as many as you can and make them a regular staple in your grocery list going forward.

​Be aware, all oils are not equal. For olive oil use virgin, cold-pressed.  Do not be tempted to take up any fad diets that tell you to delete oils, salts, sugar, and meats from your diet.  Each of these has a purpose for your health and balance is key.  Take that under consideration and even do your own research versus just following a health guru.

We are aware that nattokinase is not a regular food item but it has passed vital scientific testing for clearing out your blood and blood vessels IF it is used at a strength of 10,000 FU (500 mg), not the 2,000 to 4,000 found in most supplements.

Don't worry or stress about those items you can't find in your regular market - since stress will cause more problems than not eating one or more of these.  Just use as many as you can find and create new ways to eat them, making them a regular staple in your kitchen.

Some will tell you that nightshades are not healthy for you in error.  They just are not aware of what is truly causing your pain and inflammation in various health issues.

​Your lymph system may be a challenge for you to figure out and clear those puffy and lumpy lymph glands. Use these and consider getting a nice lymph massage - treat yourself!

​We've placed the thyroid side-by-side with the Lymph System since the two are connected and work together.  When the thyroid is not producing enough hormone you will often be prescribed a chemical replacement which has many side effects - check out the label from the pharmacy.  You may want to consider instead, using a natural approach and heading off the reason for this versus attending to just symptoms by replacing with a hormone.
