Determining Vitamin Needs:

 

  • use kinesiology to allow your body to tell you what it needs. 

  • Plan your meals for a good balance of both vitamins and minerals - meats, fish, vegetables, fruits, grains, and herbs. BALANCE IS KEY!

  • Hesitate on using FAD diets; though they may sound wonderful, they usually are missing some of the vitamins and/or minerals you need. 

  • don't purchase vitamins from the local grocery store - these are more often substandard and not bio-available to your body.  

  • drink plenty of water and get the proper oils your body needs.

1. Apply kinesiology to the chart above to see if one of these applies to your challenge.

2. If one shows up positive, then you will want to tap on three points for it:

   A. Attach an emotion to it - crazy?  Seems like it but this will connect you neuro-linguistically across your heart, mind, body, and spirit for releasing what you need to get rid of.  Rate this and tap is down/out.

   B. Attach a color to it and tap until the color changes. 

   C. Focus your mind on what is missing in your diet (or what you may be overdoing), rate it and tap until it is down to at least a 3.

Start applying what you need to your body and go back to your main issue and continue down the "road" of what other etiologies are at work.  There is often more than one to any challenge.
