Body Testing and Food Awareness:
The pH balance of your system can make a difference in how your body responds to the other things you may be doing to help it. You can do a simple pH test with pH strips (from your nearby pharmacy, WalMart, or Amazon) and you'll want to test both your saliva and your urine.

Do NOT be mislead by the many fads about water type - sigh, too many and often quite expensive.
You do not need to drink Alkaline water.
You do not need spring water.
You do not need energized water.
You do not need Balanced water, whatever that is.

You do need pure water without all the junk that most tap water has in it. By pure we mean no extra chemicals, pumped vitamins, or added flavors. A good investment for you may be to purchase a system that has reverse osmosis and filters that clear sand, debris, and chemicals.

Test your body for pH balance and do two things:
1. Eat foods that will give you the balance you need for optimal health.
2. Find any emotions, attitudes, or stressors you need to release in order for your body to then use what you provide and move your immune system into healing mode.

BOTH of the above are vital, not just one or the other.

REMEMBER that your energy system will only do so much in a day so limit yourself to 2-3 issues in any one day. If you attempt to do more than that, you will most likely find that the things you want released/cleared will not do so. You may want to set a habit of clearing just one thing each day (old or new things that come up). It will take less than 20 minutes and in a month you will be amazed at what you have accomplished and how your health in every area has improved.
