SunShine!

Natural, outdoors, sunshine is one of the vital things we NEED.  Yes, despite what the medical community may say, every body needs sunshine.  Obviously each person must take into account the type of skin they have and not overdo sun exposure.  Burning your skin is not beneficial in any way, but most bodies can easily take 10-20 minutes of sunshine daily with great benefits and no harm.
