FOCUS:

Find the root issue connected to the area you are dealing with (i.e. the trapped emotion you need to release) AND note any area of pain or discomfort if this applies.  You may have a diagnosis and/or prognosis from a medical expert.  Go ahead and use this information for reference in applying the tools in this app.  You can focus on the area referenced and rate what you perceive to be the severity.  You will also most likely find a trapped emotion involved as you use the muscle testing you've learned (and hopefully been practicing).

Write these down and rate them separately.  Then do the rounds of tapping you have learned.

1.  Rate the severity of discomfort - pain, emotion, or feeling of imbalance

2.  Do a round of tapping, remembering that focus is prime here.

3. Practice your deep breathing - 4 in and 6 out

4. Drink water

5. Repeat until your rating is down to a 0 or 1, then move to next issue or trapped emotion related to this issue.

REMEMBER, if dealing with a trapped emotion, you will want to follow clearing that by replacing it with a jubilee option to completely cover what your body, soul, and spirit need for health and wholeness.

Body Organs and Functions.jpg

Organs in Detail:

Most are aware that there are many organs (over 20) in our body and the terms organ, structure, and system are often interchanged.  For this area in our app we will view the main twelve (12) and then focus on the five (5) essential organs in order to simplify your search for a possible root for your issue.

Twelve of the organs of the body are shown below along with their functions.  You can, if you wish, use the left and right of the chart for muscle testing, however most likely will not need to go into this detail in order to deal with a malady present.
