Mental symptoms are most often related to the mind and thoughts struggling with issues that hinder you from being able to live the life you were intended to live - fulfilling, peaceful, confident, productive, and being able to relate well with others.   Here you will be able to hone down the actual mental issue you want to release or effectively put behind you and then move on to what you want to accomplish in the now.

Take note, we can remember the past and we can look forward to the future, but WE LIVE IN THE PRESENT.  If you are living in the past or in fear of the future, then you are accomplishing nothing.  So, come learn the tools that will enable you to live today - in the now - and move forward in anticipation to face the challenges that life presents you with.

We at LifeRegeneration use the tools of renewing the mind and taking down strongholds, which are very effective compared with what you may have already been trying.  Yes, exercise, diet, "group hugs," and all the other therapy and/or helps and holistic health things you may have been using or trying out are beneficial, but you can hit a rock wall with them.  Learning how to get your mind, heart, body, and spirit working together will enable you to climb that wall and leave it behind you.

FIRST, check out the trapped emotions chart to see what areas apply to you.  Make a list on paper with at least 3 lines between each item.

SECOND, add to that list any diagnosis or prognosis a doctor or therapist may have given you (with the 3 lines between them).  When you take advantage of the half hour free visit with LifeRegeneration, we will have you complete an entry sheet to cover other details.

THIRD, get a copy of the "Personal Peace Procedure" from the LifeRegeneration site and begin to follow the steps there.

Pin down a specific phrase so you can release that "energy" and then make sure you replace it with a truth statement.

Mental despair occurs when we have a negative statement that is perceived as truth by the subconscious mind.  In our conscious thoughts we may know very well that it is not true, but our subconscious mind trumps the conscious mind when vying for our emotions, actions, and responses (buttons that can be pushed by situations or people).

In the past many ideas were placed into the subconscious through experiences, repetition, an important event, or even a trauma, and when ideas are placed into the subconscious mind it does not determine what is true and what is not.  The subconscious mind believes that everything there is true!  Read the small booklet in the Resources tab titled, "Renewing the Mind."

IF we have a negative or untrue belief in our subconscious mind, yet our conscious mind knows it is not true then the two are essentially playing a tug of war for which will win.  Due to this we can experience mental despair as our subconscious attempts to verify or prove that "truth."  Some examples are:

"I am fat"

"I am stupid"

"I am worthless"

"I will never succeed"

This is often just 3 to 5 words that keep playing over and over.  It is like a trapped emotion and can be released with LRMT or 3 rolls of the mag roller DOWN the governing meridian.  BE AWARE, that you will also want to replace this with a truth statement AND accompany this with 3 to 10 rolls UP the governing meridian, until you know that you know that it is true!

"I'm a failure"

"I'm going to die" - because my doctor says so

"I have a disease that cannot be reversed"
