Be aware that some fear serves a vital purpose - to kick our body into fight-or-flight mode to escape a very real danger. Do not confuse this with toxic fear.
Be aware that fear comes in a variety of "packages." Some is for protecting us. Some is for helping us to be careful as we learn new skills. Some is for alerting us to avoid certain things. Some has been contrived in order to confuse and control people. Recognizing which is which is very important for you to learn.

To clear fear issues:
-
rate the intensity of the fear you feel (1 to 10) and jot that down as you are working on it.
-
use rounds of LRMT Tapping or sweep a small magnet from forehead to base of neck 3 or 4 times - intention and focus are prime here
-
breathe deep (4:6 ratio), and
-
drink water
-
rate your fear intensity again - if it has gone down then go to the top of this routine and do it again until your tension on this is gone or down to where you want it to be.

Now a vital step - replace this fear with a Jubilee Option (from the home page of this app.

Be aware that most people who clear a fear will have it pop up again when they come across what caused it again. That's okay, it just allows you to more surely clear it.

One example is with my teacher, Gary Craig, who worked with a man who feared heights. They cleared this and then put him on an elevator - woah, it came back, so they cleared it while the elevator was on the ground floor, then again when it rose, then again when he stepped off on the 10th floor, then the 50th floor. Be assured it cleared each time. This man then looked over the balcony and - you guessed it - they had to clear it again. However! He was elated to be able to gaze out over the city and enjoy the skyline. His fear of heights was gone, as evidenced in the following weeks and months, while a healthy fear of being near high open drops remained.
