ANGER is one of the few emotions that everyone, or almost everyone, deals with. Those who say they don't may often being stuffing it and have convinced themselves they never get angry - be careful if you think this and read on to make sure you have uprooted any anger issues and are dealing with them appropriately according to the life manual.

We have expanded on anger because it is a major issue and we want to clarify how it may be hiding under your physical challenges. ANGER may be one of 18 or more different emotions. What?! Yes. Check out the anger wheel below and see if you recognize any of these in your repertoire of emotions.

Well, behind anger is often found one or more of the following emotions, trapped so to say in our psyche and affecting our heart, mind, and physical body.

We at LifeRegeneration use the tools of renewing the mind and taking down strongholds, which are very effective compared with what you may have already been trying. Yes, exercise, diet, "group hugs," and all the other therapy and/or helps and holistic health things you may have been using or trying out are beneficial, but you can hit a rock wall with them. Learning how to get your mind, heart, body, and spirit working together will enable you to climb over that wall and leave it behind you.

FIRST, check out the anger wheel chart to see what areas apply to you. Make a list in a 3-ring school-type binder with at least 3 lines between each item. Yes, MAKE that list and WRITE it down - this will make a huge difference in meeting and beating your challenge(s).

SECOND, pin down the intensity of each emotion you've listed and write it next to that emotion.
​
​THIRD, choose one and use the tapping tool/technique to bring that intensity down. If it doesn't move, then find a "video" in your mind/memory of a time you had that specific angry emotion and focus on just 3-5 seconds of that video. You can give it a title (that time I was angry with . . . about . . . ), but keep it short.
Treat it like a trapped emotion that can be released with LRMT or 3 rolls of the mag roller DOWN the governing meridian.
BE AWARE, that you will also want to replace this with a forgiveness statement AND accompany this with 3 to 10 rolls UP the governing meridian, until you know that you know that it is true, and your heart/subconscious does not override it anymore!

A forgiveness statement? Yes, forgiveness for another, or forgiveness toward yourself for harboring this emotion, including asking God to forgive you and release you from it.
After dealing with forgiveness, check out the iceberg below and see if there are any emotions that still strike a cord in you. If so, then take each one through the LRMT techniques and release them totally.
FOURTH: Go to the Jubilee Options Chart and make sure you replace that anger (or any of the attending emotions) with a Jubilee option. This will insure that you have dealt with the anger and are able to live life as you want to - confident and able to encourage, love, help, and train others. Train them? Yes, teach them how to renew their mind and take down strongholds that are keeping them down.
