Balance your whole being - and change your life!
body, spirit, and soul (mind & heart)
REMEMBER:
The above charts are to pin down specific bones, but this is not always necessary in order to correct an imbalance or misalignment of the bones. Your body knows where the problem is and simple muscle testing will tell your mind whether you need those details or not. Ask at each level and don't go deeper than the level needed to release the issue and allow the body to correct it.
Find the root issue connected to the bone(s) you are dealing with and do the rounds of tapping you are familiar with by now.
1. Rate the severity of discomfort - pain, emotion, or feeling of imbalance
2. Do a round of tapping, remembering that focus is prime here.
3. Practice your deep breathing - 4 in and 6 out
4. Drink water
5. Repeat until your rating is down to a 0 or 1, then move to next issue or trapped emotion related to this issue.
A FEW DETAILS:
The lumbar spine consists of five individual vertebrae, labeled L1 through L5, located between the thoracic spine and the sacrum. These are the largest, strongest vertebral segments designed to support the upper body's weight and allow for mobility, with L5 connecting to the sacrum.
List of Lumbar Vertebrae
-
L1: The top lumbar vertebra, connecting to the lowest thoracic vertebra (T12).
-
L2: Second vertebra, supporting the upper lumbar region.
-
L3: Middle lumbar vertebra, often the point of maximum curvature (lordosis).
-
L4: Fourth vertebra, key in supporting lower back weight.
-
L5: The lowest lumbar vertebra, connecting the lumbar spine to the sacrum (L5-S1 joint)
