FIRST: Usually, correction of structural imbalances can be helped by visiting an experienced chiropractor. If you do not have access to a chiropractor, you can attempt to correct any imbalance you find by using the tools/skills you've learned - round of tapping or rolling three times down the center of your back with a Nikken roller - while focusing on the issue and stating what correction is needed. You may do muscle testing to see if one of the energy issues above apply and clear that also.
SECOND: Check your Trapped Emotions page/chart to see if something there applies. Remember that everything in your body is energy, even your bones.
Not sure about this? In the classes I took from Dr. Nelson, a chiropractor, on The Body Code, he stated that he was surprised when patients would come in for an adjustment and he would try the energy balancing and releasing the stressors/neurological traps first only to find that they no longer needed the chiropractic adjustment - i.e. their bodies had straightened out the bones and they were in top shape. Sooo . . .
THIRD: Find the root issue connected to the bones you are dealing with and do the rounds of tapping you are familiar with by now.
1. Rate the severity of discomfort - pain, emotion, or feeling of imbalance
2. Do a round of tapping, remembering that focus is prime here.
3. Practice your deep breathing - 4 in and 6 out
4. Drink water
5. Repeat until your rating is down to a 0 or 1, then move to next issue or trapped emotion related to this issue.
