To clear trapped emotions:

 

  • use rounds of LRMT Tapping or sweep a small magnet from forehead to base of neck 3 or 4 times - intention and focus are prime here

  • breathe deep (4:6 ratio), and

  • drink water

Be aware that with phobias, it may take layers/steps to remove them.  In other words you can bring a phobia rating down to a zero when you are not near the source of your phobia, then when you approach it physically, the rating may go up again.  That's normal.  Just stop and clear it again with your tapping routine.  When you are finally right in the face of your phobia you will clear it again.  Just make sure to take "baby steps" when working on this; i.e. when you feel your emotions rising in reference to your phobia, STOP where you are, or even take a step back and deal with the emotion until it abates again.  Only then, move forward.

Whatever phobia it may be, it’s common to experience a panic attack, especially when confronted with the source of the phobia. Symptoms of a panic attack include:

Sudden intense fear
       Sweating        Heart palpitations       Chest pain     Out of breath               Ringing in ears              Numbness       Dry mouth                Hot flashes

Don’t be ashamed that you have an irrational fear of something. Whatever your phobia may be — it’s completely valid. Phobias shouldn’t be ignored or brushed to the side.  Although phobias can interfere with your life and daily routine, there are ways to get help.  Some go for therapy, medication, or a combination of both.  With LifeRegeneration you can defeat your phobia in yet another way. Even if your phobia is not on this list, any kind of phobia is valid.  Always remember, you deserve to live a phobia-free life!

REMEMBER that your energy system will only do so much in a day so limit yourself to 2-3 issues in any one day.  If you attempt to do more than that, you will most likely find that the things you want released/cleared will not do so.  You may want to set a habit of clearing just one thing each day (old or new things that come up).  It will take less than 20 minutes and in a month you will be amazed at what you have accomplished and how your health in every area has improved.

Science & The Word:
We have chosen to not use the formal, scientific names for phobias for a number of reasons:
- most people don't know what they mean,
- the medical community wants to tag them as disease/illness
- when tagged with a formal name many think they are stuck with it forever.
- We want you to simply find your issue and resolve it.

Science (specifically quantum physics) shows us that the emotions or fears in the lists above have negative or low energy.  We consider anything lower than 500 mHz as being below what you want for a healthy outcome in your life.  Yes!  They can measure this in your body - crazy but true.  (Everything has an energy that it vibrates at - radio waves, microwaves, infrared, ultraviolet, x-rays, gamma rays, color, music, voices, the organs in our bodies, and yes, even our fears and thoughts).  

 
The Word (specifically God's Word) says that these heart issues are the result of wrong thinking, and yet when they are in your heart they often control your actions, thoughts, and life.  How does God tell us to get rid of these? By renewing our mind by using scripture to train it to think like the life manual instructs for the best outcome, and training our heart to feel the change.  Scripture makes it clear that we are "fearfully and wonderfully made," being a soul that has a body to live in and a mind and emotions that work together with all that.  We are actually four-part beings; spirit, mind, heart, body and these are used for relationships all around us.  Wow!  (Psalm 149:14; Luke 10:27; and Mark 12:30). 
 
Science (specifically psychological data) shows that your emotions and/or fears will often trump the choices you make in your mind, and you end up having "buttons" or panic situations that cause you to react in ways you don't want to be driven. 

Pay attention!  God says He is Love.  Science says that when people are experiencing love they vibrate at 500 mHz or above - it's called Love-Or-Above energy.  All of the fear issues in the list above are below this.  The Jubilee options given in this app vibrate at 500 and above. 
 
The Jubilee options come right out of the Life Manual - Scripture - and they happen to be in perfect agreement with what science shows.  Imagine that - God's spoken word created this world and was recorded in scripture; it does not conflict in any way.  It is just our understanding and perceptions that have changed through the ages.   
 
Amazing!  The science lines up with God's Word: they are both in agreement because God spoke them both at the beginning of time.  

So, what does this mean for using this application?  It means that when you bring the intensity of one of the above phobias or fears down or resolve it, then you will want to replace it with a Jubilee option.  

Science shows that when you leave a vacuum, it will need to be filled with something because if we leave it empty it will likely be refilled with what has been there previously or whatever happens to be hanging around near you (which could be something worse). It's one of the defaults. 
 
Scripture shows us that when we drive out anything that the enemy is the father of, we need to fill that empty space with something the Holy Spirit supplies (a great list is in the Jubilee Options) and is detailed in the life manual.  It also makes it quite clear that if we don't do this then what comes back into our life can be worse than what we released or drove out.  In other words, you can pick up your old habits again or find some other "addiction" or malady you will have to deal with, either mentally, emotionally, spiritually, or physically.  

If you choose not to believe this information, that's fine but, it still applies whether you believe it or not.  Think of gravity - you can believe it exists or not, but if you drop something it will follow the rules and in essence default to falling until it hits something stable or breaks/smashes.  However, if you learn how to manage gravity and add some other laws like aerodynamics then you can fly!

I want you to be aware that "default" in this world will often return the struggles you've been trying to get rid of.  Using God's Word is using the life manual to see how the rules work and what works best.  AND . . . it works even better once you've "signed" on by taking the step to believe in what Jesus has done, with your whole heart and mind. So . . . you may want to follow the directions here and when you resolve any issues attached to fears above you will want to replace those with a Jubilee option.  Then the "button" will be totally gone, your mind will be enabled to line up with God's Word and begin to think on new lines and habits as you read daily and practice the instructions; your heart will also get in line and begin to feel the emotions God gives which will be wonderful and give you a "trump card" for responding as you want to rather than reacting in ugly ways that you have in the past.
