To clear tear issuess:
-
rate the intensity of the fear you feel and jot down as you are working on it.
-
use rounds of LRMT Tapping or sweep a small magnet from forehead to base of neck 3 or 4 times - intention and focus are prime here
-
breathe deep (4:6 ratio), and
-
drink water
-
rate your fear intensity again - if it has gone down then go to the top of this routine and do it again until your tension on this is gone or down to where you want it to be.
Benefits of The Word:
After clearing a fear issue, you will want to replace it with a Jubilee Option, so that fear cannot return when you come across a situation that will now be a challenge versus an attack.
The Jubilee options come right out of the Life Manual - Scripture - and they happen to be in perfect agreement with what science shows. Imagine that - God's spoken word created this world and was recorded in scripture; it does not conflict in any way. It is just our understanding and perceptions that have changed through the ages.
So, what does this mean for using this application? It means that when you bring the intensity of one of the above fears down or resolve it, then you will want to replace it with a Jubilee option.
Science shows that when you leave a vacuum, it will need to be filled with something because if we leave it empty it will likely be refilled with what has been there previously or whatever happens to be hanging around near you (which could be something worse). It's one of the defaults.
I want you to be aware that "default" in this world will often return the struggles you've been trying to get rid of. Using God's Word is using the life manual to see how the rules work and what works best. AND . . . it works even better once you've "signed" on by taking the step to believe in what Jesus has done, with your whole heart and mind.
So . . . you may want to follow the directions here and when you resolve any emotions attached to the fear above you will want to replace those with a Jubilee option. Then the "button" will be totally gone, your mind will be enabled to line up with God's Word and begin to think on new lines and habits as you read daily and practice the instructions; your heart will also get in line and begin to feel the emotions and sometimes warnings (unease or lack of peace God gives which will be wonderful and give you a "trump card" for responding as you want to rather than reacting in ugly ways that you have in the past.
~~~~~~~~~~
Scripture makes it clear that we are "fearfully and wonderfully made," being a soul that has a body to live in and a mind and emotions that work together with all that. We are actually four-part beings; spirit, mind, heart, body and these are used for relationships all around us. Wow! (Psalm 149:14; Luke 10:27; and Mark 12:30). We also fear God which is deep respect and honor versus any terror or out-of-control grip on us.
If you do use scripture, then these verses will encourage you to take advantage of what God instructs us to pay attention to, ask Him for help with, focus on and do:
Philippians 4:6-8
Galatians 5:22-23
Mark 11:25; 12:29-30
Romans 12:1-2
Hebrews 10:38 - 11:3; 11:6
Proverbs 4:20-26
