To add a Heart Shift:

  • Use the tool/skill of kinesiology (muscle testing) with the Emotions Chart (under invisible energy at the beginning of this app) OR use your own intuition to peruse the chart and find those things that have even the least nudge (to the strongest of course) in your mind and/or your heart.  Make a list of these in your notebook (with 3 to 4 empty lines between each item).

  • Rate each trapped/negative emotion between 1 (very small) to 10 (most intense) and write this number next to each issue.

  • In my office I use rounds of LRMT Tapping or roll a Nikken magna roller, rolling from the top of spine to the bottom, or from the forehead over your head to the base of your neck, 3 or more times - intention and focus are prime here.

  • breathe deep (4:6 ratio) and relax

  • drink water

  • rate again after tapping and/or prayer, then repeat if still above a 4

  • When the intensity comes down to a one or zero, choose a Jubilee Option and repeat the procedure until the intensity comes up to a 9 or 10.

A helpful key is being willing to let go of what you find in your heart that you know you need to let go.  Don't hang onto it thinking you can just tuck it away or control it with what you know.  LET IT GO!

God's Word is Vital . . . what you think about it and how you feel about it are vital!

At LifeRegeneration we want to give you the best tools to be able to pinpoint your challenges, health issues, and true needs.  We teach you about seven (7) basics where your perception and understanding will change your health for the better and allow you to override the defaults in this world.  Amazing but true!

So why look at the "wicked heart" or "deceitful heart" in relation to our challenges and even our health?

The science of neuro-linguistics and specifically psycho-neuro-linguistics has studied how our mind works and how it has various parts, two of which are the conscious and subconscious mind.  Here are some facts that hold true:

1. What you have experienced in the past - your whole life - has been either stored in the subconscious (which encompasses your emotions and we often call our heart) or been tossed aside as not valid for you.  What has been stored is seen by you as valid, true, fact.  There is nothing in your subconscious that is not considered as truth and therefore your emotions hold these pieces of information up as truth over new information you learn with your mind.

2. Your mind also stores information like things you learn for your work, memorize, find beneficial to you daily, need to pass tests, and use to accomplish daily tasks.

3. When anything comes across your mind that is in disagreement with what's already in your subconscious/heart, a battle begins to take place.  What?!  Yes, a tug of war, and many times you may not even be aware that it's taking place unless or until you have a reaction like "getting your buttons pushed," or feeling frustrated that "you do what you don't want to do and can't seem to do what you want to do," like Paul describes in scripture.

4. When a "battle" takes place, guess what?  Your heart (subconscious) will trump your mind and win to your own confusion, frustration, or anger. . . . or other negative emotion.  God tells us to NOT follow our heart; why do you suppose that is?

Think about it.  You may be sure that you can easily replace old information with new things you are learning and yet you sometimes find:
* people still "push your buttons" and get you riled.
* you just can't seem to make a new habit that you know is good for you.
* you can't seem to stop doing something that you know is not healthy for you.
* you blow up for reasons you simply don't understand.

Some have heard that mind over matter works if you are persistent and consistent, but mind over heart is a whole different "animal."

ONE BIG KEY in dealing with getting your whole heart and whole mind on board with your whole body and whole spirit is to be willing to let go of parts of who you think you are, in order to become what you truly want and gain a whole new you with the purpose you were intended for.  Willing to let go of the beliefs in your heart that are holding you back.  You may be tempted to want to defend your heart stance, but consider giving it to God and letting it go, so He can help you see who you really are; see your purpose and fulfill true needs and goals.

Consider these observations and warnings from the life manual:

"The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked; Who can know it?" - Jeremiah 17:9

"Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it." - Proverbs 4:23 NIV

". . . the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." - Philippians 4:7

AND here is a huge point, right in our face!  Paul describes it perfectly:

"I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity . . . "  in other words . . . "For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do--this I keep on doing." - Romans 7:23f

Interested?  Read through to chapter 8 verse 11 in Romans.  It clearly shows the mind warring against the body and the other parts of our being.  If you are not a Christian, you may still be interested to see that the life manual agrees with the science that has since been discovered proving that the concept of ALL YOUR HEART and ALL YOUR MIND, is important to grasp when and if you want to overcome specific challenges in your physical health, frustrations in life, and confusion in every area.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
One belief in particular is that of believing what God has provided in Jesus Christ for your good!  Specifically, the Life Manual says, "
“And now, [your name] what does the Lord your God require of you, but to fear the Lord your God, to walk in all His ways and to love Him, to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, and to keep the commandments of the Lord and His statutes which I command you today for your good?"
♡ Deuteronomy 10:12-13
Notice, that God does not require this for Him or His goals. He requires this FOR YOUR GOOD!
WOW!  A default in this life and an overriding law that negates that default!  You can take advantage of this and gain access to many other things that override the defaults of sickness, fear, hopelessness, anger, confusion, and more. Is there any reason why you don't want to accept this now?  If so, let us know and we will try to help you figure out the laws that pertain to that.
If you are not a Christian, the defaults in life still apply to you - just be aware of this.
